- A LASIK Care Manager will answer your questions and provide a pre-screening to make sure you are a potential candidate. The LASIK Care Manager will share the participating providers in your area and schedule an appointment with the selected provider
- After scheduling a pre-operative appointment, the Care Manager collects a fully refundable deposit of $450 which is applied to the cost of the procedure (the deposit is fully refundable should you decide not to have the procedure for any reason).
